We typically respond to all inquiries within one business day during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Inquiries received by phone during office hours are answered immediately. Emails and LINE messages received during office hours are usually addressed the same day. Messages received outside office hours, on weekends, or on Thai public holidays are handled the next available business day. For urgent matters — such as an approaching tax deadline or a Revenue Department query — we recommend calling us directly as that is the fastest way to reach the right person on our team.
Yes, completely and with no obligation. The initial consultation at PTNP Accounting is offered at no charge to give you the opportunity to discuss your business situation and accounting needs with one of our team members. During the consultation, we will ask about your business type, the services you may need, your current accounting setup, and any specific compliance challenges you are facing. Based on that conversation, we will explain which services apply to your situation, what the process would look like, and provide a clear quote for the ongoing service fee. There is no pressure to sign up, and many people use the consultation simply to understand what accounting and tax requirements apply to their business.
Yes. While our office is based in Don Mueang, Bangkok, a significant portion of our clients are based outside Bangkok or in provinces across Thailand. We operate a fully functional remote service model — documents can be shared securely via LINE, email, or cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive. Monthly tax filings, payroll processing, and bookkeeping are handled entirely online for remote clients. Year-end financial statements and corporate tax returns are also manageable remotely, with certified documents delivered electronically and physically by courier for signature when required. The quality and scope of our service is the same regardless of where your business is located.
Yes. PTNP Accounting provides full bilingual service in Thai and English across all of our accounting, tax, and registration services. All official documents — financial statements, tax forms, company registration papers, and government filings — are prepared in Thai as required by law. However, we explain everything in English to clients who need it, translate document summaries on request, and communicate by phone, email, and LINE in both languages. Our bilingual capability makes us a practical choice for foreign investors, expat entrepreneurs, and multinational companies operating in Thailand. We have worked with English-speaking clients from the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Europe, Japan, China, and across Southeast Asia.
Our office at 187/47 Songprapha 24, Don Mueang, Bangkok is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Thai public holidays. On Saturdays, we occasionally accept appointments for clients who cannot visit during the week — please contact us in advance to check availability.
