If you enquire but do not become a client, we retain your data for up to 1 year. Financial and accounting records for active clients are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Thai accounting law (Accounting Act B.E. 2543).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be accessed by our internal staff who need it to provide services to you. We may share data with the Thai Revenue Department, Department of Business Development, or other government authorities solely as required by law.
